The Bank also announces that in view of the continued risks and concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the forthcoming AGM will be held remotely, in accordance with the Companies Act (Public Companies – Annual General Meetings) Regulations, 2020 (L.N. 288 of 2020) on Friday 28 May 2021. Further information relating to the AGM will be announced at a
later date and published on the Bank’s website www.lombardmalta.com in the Investor Information section.
