Exchange Notice Nº 1736

Following the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding of Financial Planning Services Ltd by Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd, Financial Planning Services Ltd communicated their intention to withdraw
their membership of the Malta Stock Exchange.

This membership is being withdrawn with effect from today Wednesday, 28th October 2020.
