On 18 February 2025, Hili Properties p.l.c. announced that it was notified by Hili Ventures Limited of its intention to launch a conditional voluntary public takeover, for the acquisition of all the issued share capital of the company. The offer is available between 26 February 2025 and 25 March, 2025.

Non-nominee shareholders must complete an original acceptance form which has been sent via email to Hili Properties p.l.c existing holders.
