The Government of Malta will be launching a new issue of Malta Government Stocks as detailed hereunder: 

(a) 3.80% Malta Government Stock 2036 (III); and 

(b) 4.10% Malta Government Stock 2041 (II). 

The Accountant General is offering an aggregate nominal amount of 300,000,000 in any combination of the above Stocks subject to an over-allotment option of €200,000,000 in the event of over-subscription.  

The price for each stock will be announced on Thursday 16 April 2026 after close of business of the secondary market of the Malta Stock Exchange.  We will notify our investors directly once issued.

There are no fees to apply. Both nominee and non-nominee orders are free of charge.
