The Female Entrepreneur of the Year was awarded to Krystle Penza from Mconcept whilst the runners-up were Rachel Vella from ROCS Group and Claire Zammit Xuereb from AX Hotels respectively. 

The second edition of the Malta Business Awards took place on the 1st of December 2023 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. The Malta Chamber of SMEs organises the event in partnership with Malta Enterprise. Over 20 awards were given to enterprises from various sectors, to celebrate their achievements and create a platform for recognition and inspiration for other companies. The prestigious list of businesses that were recognised included everything from small and novel companies to enterprises that have been established on the Maltese islands for years.
