1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Moneybase End of Year Giveaway Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Moneybase.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be registered users of the Moneybase.
2.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2.3. Employees of Moneybase and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Fill out the interest registration form located in the Stories section of the Moneybase app.
3.2. Multiple entries by the same person will be considered as one entry.
3.3. Entries must be submitted before the specified announcement dates for each giveaway.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
5.2. Winners will be contacted via phone prior to the public announcement to confirm attendance and interest.
5.3. Winners must provide the full names of their guest(s) for ticket allocation.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other benefits.
6.2. If a winner does not confirm attendance within 48 hours of notification, Moneybase reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.3. Moneybase is not responsible for any event cancellations or changes made by the event organisers.
7. Personal Data
7.1. By entering the Campaign, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and awarding prizes.
7.2. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Moneybase’s Privacy Policy.
8. Publicity
8.1. Winners agree to participate in any publicity related to the Campaign, including the use of their name and image on social media platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Moneybase shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in the Campaign or accepting any prize.
10. General Conditions
10.1. Moneybase reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Moneybase reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in any fraudulent activity.
10.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
