The Government of Malta will be launching a new issue of Malta Government Stocks as detailed hereunder: 

(a) 3.40% Malta Government Stock 2027 (VI) Fungibility Issue (F.I.) at €100.90 with a YTM of 3.0958%, which corresponds to an annualised rate of 3.1197%, and 

(b) 3.50% Malta Government Stock 2034 (III); at €100.00 with a YTM of 3.50%, which corresponds to an annualised rate of 3.5306% 

The Accountant General is offering an aggregate nominal amount of Euro 270 million in any combination of the above Stocks subject to an over-allotment option of Euro 130 million in the event of over-subscription.

Applications by any single and/or joint applicants which do not exceed Euro 500,000 per person (retail investors) open on Monday, 29th of July 2024 at 8:30 am and close on Wednesday, 31st of July 2024 at 2:30 pm or earlier at the discretion of the Accountant General.
