Mizzi Organisation Finance plc has announced the issuance of Є45,000,000 3.65% Unsecured Bonds redeemable in 2028-2031 and having a nominal value of Є100 per bond, which shall be issued at par.
This offer is open for subscriptions subject to a minimum of €10,000 and must be submitted by not later than the 8th of October @ 12:00hrs (Closing date). The offer may close at an earlier date without prior notice as a result of over-subscription. Non-nominee applications will be subject to a €25 fee.
